
Concrete Beam Flexural Frame Digital Read Out Testing Machine
The Concrete Beam Flexural Frame Testing Machine is designed to determine the flexural strength of concrete beams, kerbs and flagstones in accordance with BS 1881 and ASTM standards.
Its rigid, stable frame ensures accurate and repeatable loading. The adjustable lower bearers provide 150mm – 600mm separation, accommodating specimens up to 100mm x 100mm x 500mm and 150mm x 150mm x 750mm, with 210mm vertical clearance and 100mm ram travel for smooth hydraulic loading. The machine can test flagstones, kerbs, and beams, with hydraulic pressure supplied via a standalone power pack or a digital compression tester power pack.
The upper bearer is adjustable for single-point or two-point loading, supporting multiple flexural test methods in line with international standards.
- Lower bearer can be adjustable from 200mm – 750mm separation.
- Maximum specimen 200mm (H) x 550mm (W) x 800mm (L).
- Maximum vertical clearance from upper bearer to lower bearer 210mm.
- Ram travel 150mm.
